By submitting this form, you agree to and understand the following:

1. If invited to an interview by the hiring manager, you will provide the hiring manager a response within 24 hours whether your answer be "yes" or "no, thank you". AND If during the hiring process you accept another offer of employment you will let the hiring manager know within 24 hours of acceptance.

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule you will provide notice to hire@virtforce.us at least 24-hours prior to your interview. AND Should an emergency occur that causes you to miss your interview, you are required to send notice to hire@virtforce.us within 24 hours of your original appointment. 

3. You acknowledge that joining the Ready Reserve Unit is not a guarantee of role, payment, or placement. Each candidate will have an equal opportunity at receiving an offer based on the information submitted during the candidate application, screening, and interview process.
